What this policy covers

This policy explains how Your Clean Solution handles personal information submitted through our estimate-request form. It does not cover third-party websites that you choose to visit.

Information we collect

The form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, requested cleaning service and frequency, city, and any additional details you choose to provide. We also receive limited technical and fraud-prevention information needed to operate and protect the form.

Please do not submit payment information, government identifiers, health information, alarm codes, or other sensitive details.

Why we use it

We use form information to review your request, determine whether we serve your area, reply to your email address, arrange cleaning services, prevent abuse, and resolve delivery or security problems. We do not use the form to enrol you in marketing messages.

Service providers

Cloudflare, Google Cloud, reCAPTCHA, Resend, and Google email services help us host the site, protect the form, deliver notifications, and receive inquiries. These providers may process information outside British Columbia or Canada under their own legal obligations and contractual safeguards.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page usage and real-world performance. Its browser beacon does not use cookies or browser storage, and Cloudflare discards source IP addresses rather than retaining them.

reCAPTCHA is used to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

Retention and safeguards

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Provider backups and security records may remain for a limited period after active records are removed.

We limit form delivery to one configured business inbox, restrict administrative access, use encrypted connections where supported, keep credentials out of the website, and avoid logging submitted form contents in the contact service.

Access and correction

You may ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Call (778) 325-2060 or use the website form and state that your request concerns privacy. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when our practices or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
